What We Offer:
- Tooling identified, photo chronicled and bar code identified by part number when it comes in.
- Tooling stored in a 5S organized facility.
- Tooling will be stored for a low monthly fee until properly released to be dispensed at the owner's digression.
- Manned operation for scheduled assistance as necessary.
- Assistance for viewing/assessment by owners/outside suppliers.
- Pulling/staging charged at an hourly rate (one hour minimum).
- Cleaning and organizing of tooling.
- Identification of tooling condition and completeness.
- Detailed photos and measurements that may be used in lieu of on site evaluation for sourcing purposes.
- Do a ready to run audit green tag or red tag.
- Repair tooling or work with tool shop to repair or replace missing components.
- Find supplier if obsolete tooling is reactivated.
BACKGROUND:
- Started as a service to one of our major OEM customers when they were looking for a place to store their old tooling.
- Many of their suppliers no longer wanted to take up the storage space.
- We have also received the tooling from multiple discontinued operations.
- We work closely with the customer to determine which tooling should be kept and which should be identified as obsolete and scrapped.
- Our staff has over 140 years' experience working with multiple manufacturing organizations including but not limited to Foundries, Molders, Stampers and Machine Shops.
